In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We wrote our first song together for a class project the first week of school at UCLA. It was based on the Japanese Noh play Hagoromo, and had a folk-rock feel to it. Little did we know, that random class pairing would lead to so much down the line. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beach House, Depression Cherry Big Thief, Dragon New Warm Mountain I Believe in You Fleetwood Mac, Rumours These are some of our favorite music collaborations that inspired us when making our film and EP. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sunny” The Brink Of started as a narrative feature film about a music duo with a tumultuous relationship, but the lines between reality and fiction quickly began to blur. "Sunny" is reveals some of our complicated emotions during this process. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of our most memorable moments is the first time we showed the film for our friends and family at the TCL Chinese Theaters in Hollywood. We showed to a sold-out crowd of our loved ones and it was so, so special.
