In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a small child, my father's band rehearsed at our home, and I used to crawl next to the bass drum to fall asleep. Those vibrations of rhythmic patterns and frequencies of sounds both saturated and consumed me, a feeling still with me today. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jeff Buckley, Original Album Classics: Jeff Buckley - The Grace EP's Pink Floyd, Animals Swans, Love of Life Picking just 3 is impossible, but these 3 are always present. Animals holds a place in my heart for it's ongoing affect since my youth. Love of Life is where Swans became messianic in their...everything to me. And Grace is mere vulnerable perfection. Tell us why you chose this song. “MK Ultra” This was born from the pain of losing someone I loved, but has since become something bigger. It is an echo of the collective grief we carry for all the souls we've lost along the way. I hope it resonates with anyone who listens. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Every moment is memorable, as I do not take a single one for granted. To have the innate ability of creating and expressing one's self artistically is a true gift, one not taken lightly. The fact that I do so today is a memorable statement in itself. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To reach a more vast and expansive audience than through any work I have done previously. Being able to sustain a better quality of life than ever before also through this is another. Perhaps performing at Red Rocks in this incarnation as well.
