In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I saw Run-D.M.C. perform "Christmas in Hollis" on All That, I tried to write the lyrics in a notebook afterward. I couldn't remember them, but I could hear the beat in my head, so I wrote my own lyrics. It was the first rap I ever wrote. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 50 Cent, Get Rich or Die Tryin Eminem, The Marshall Mathers LP The Beatles, The Beatles 1962-1966 (The Red Album) Eminem is my favorite rapper, and MMLP holds the most nostalgic value for me. GRODT's release was a magic moment; my friends and I bumped it every single day. My dad exposed me to The Beatles early, and The Red Album is my favorite compilation Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Beast Inside” This was my love letter to horror, with the overall theme of a werewolf being inside us all (the Wolf Man is my favorite). I'm particularly proud of all my spooky references that sharp fans will catch, from Gengar to the Undertaker to the Warrens. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I ever made money from music, the check was signed by Joseph Gordon-Levitt. He used a verse I did on a compilation album produced by HitRecord. It was very encouraging, and I went on to contribute music to multiple HitRecord projects. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is plenty left to accomplish - I'm just getting started! I still need that collab with Eminem and 50 Cent.
