In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was crying in an in patient care facility for moms who had kids and wanted to get clean. I didn't know I would have to stay there. This kid saw I was distraught and shared his walkman with me. I found DMX that night and music became a friend. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend – The Best of Bob Marley & The Wailers Bob has given me so much inspiration but in 2020 I had a health crisis and would have 6 surgeries in 7 weeks. On my third surgery they started asking me what I wanted to hear as I went under, my choice was always Bob. After that it hits different. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Touring is probably one of my favorite experiences. Traveling and performing I feel so alive. Connecting with people face to face. Getting to feel the love and give it back. Its the things dreams are made of!
