Tell us why you chose this song. “Songs of Juana Borrero: No. 12, En La Terraza” The ending of this piece captures Juana Borrero’s ethereal love for her man, Carlos Urbach. It is pure soul. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I recently had a sold out show for Carnegie Hall’s United in Sound Festival, where I presented my Songs of Juana Borrero at the cell theatre in NYC. It was presented by the Cuban Cultural Center. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would like to go on tour with the Songs of Juana Borrero. My cantata, Lily of Quito, will also be staged soon 🖤
