In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Mike - My friend's older brother introduced me to the Van Halen's Diver Down Record. My mom instilled her love for pop music into my young brain. Melanie- My Dad was in a busy Rock cover band, and they rocked my cradle. Learned piano. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Metallica, Ride the Lightning (Remastered) 2016 Remastered Version Nirvana, Nevermind Van Halen, Best of Van Halen, Vol. 1 These albums had an early influence on us and created a foundation for the music we would always love, and create as artists. In these time periods, you would love the entire album, not just one or two songs. That's how we design our own music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Nothing to Prove” "Nothing to Prove" a bold topic about not caring about what anyone else thinks. The song is about making a transformation in one's life to be bold and confident in all that we do and all that we want to do. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Music gives us an outlet to be ourselves and turn that on at any time. We are tearing up stages as a duo. We are helping to influence and change the direction of the Indie Rock Music Scene. We are connecting with fans and supporters! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Snapcat Bandits is an Alt Rock Duo from Detroit started in 2023, and we are exposing our band to new fans every day! There is no limit, and we look forward to everything that is to come!
