In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember sitting as a kid watching my dad play 70's, 80's, and 90's R&B music mixed in with 90's rap. The Music would blast through our big speakers. My dad would be sipping a beer and just feeling the vibes. I do the same today. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, Me Against the World JAY-Z, The Blueprint The Notorious B.I.G., Ready To Die the Remaster I grew up listening to 2pac and Biggie. They were like Magic and Bird for me being born in the late 80's. Jay Z's music got me through my adolessons. I was in ninth grade when Blueprint dropped. I knew I wanted to rap then. Tell us why you chose this song. “Dedicated 2 Dez” This song and whole album was dedicated to the memory of my brother Dezmond Rattliff. Dezmond was my business partner and best friend.This album reflects who I am as an artist and everything my music stands for.#Dedicated #icg4life What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I am an actor and filmmaker as well as a hip hop artist and fashion brand designer. The biggest highlights so far in my career has been being able to wear all those hats on movie projects. Its empowering on all levels. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is so many things on my bucket list. I'd like to work with JayZ , Lauryn Hill, Drake ext... I have so much more to accomplish. I want a Grammy. I want Best New Album award. I'm really just getting started.
