When you sit and really listen to the natural sounds, the world is telling you its story. Winds swirl. Ice cracks. Wood breaks. Its the evolution of these sounds that create these stories of places. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Brian Eno, Ambient 1: Music for Airports Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, The Dark Knight (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) Vangelis, Blade Runner (Original Score from the Motion Picture) There is a strong ambience to each of these albums. Two are movie soundtracks where it is the music's job to add to the atmosphere of the places caught on film, the feelings of the moments. The other is a classic within a genre, almost a user manual. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Longyearbyen” This track was one of the first created for this project. It defined the sound and the feelings that I was looking for. It became the genesis of an audible journey through cold and desolate, but also beautiful and serene icy surroundings.
