An Atlanta-based EDM recording artist and DJ, Silva Hound emerged in 2008 with an aggressive, club-ready sound that draws inspiration from internet and video game culture. A fixture in the Brony music scene, which is built around shared fandom of the 2010 incarnation of the animated television series My Little Pony, Silva Hound found mainstream success in 2012 with the track "Everypony's Bangin'." Subsequent efforts like Serial Dreamer (2016) and Equestrian Stories: The Prelude (2018) continued to find favor with the MLP community, while his 2020 hit "Addict" was influenced by the adult animated musical comedy web television series Hazbin Hotel.
