In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My father was a painter. Gospel music would reverberate off those bare walls while he painted and I sat at some table with a book, waiting for the paint to dry. The songs echoed in my heart too. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alabama Shakes, Sound & Color D'Angelo and The Vanguard, Black Messiah Sufjan Stevens, Carrie & Lowell These three rise to the top for me as I contemplate now, but this list is not static for me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Aren't You Tired” This song continues to be relevant to the world. It is also the first song I ever produced on my own. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I recently went on my first tour. 16 dates. Made some new friends and saw some old ones. It was nice. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I haven't yet released a full album and that's coming very soon.
