In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was a kid, my dad bought me my first guitar - a classical nylon string. He taught me the basics and eventually how to play the blues. The first time he showed me how to improvise over an accompaniment, I knew I was born to do this. Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 408, Hot Mess A Day to Remember, Common Courtesy (Deluxe Edition) Extended Version Cream, Derek & The Dominos, Eric Clapton, The Cream of Clapton Eric Clapton was my inspiration for playing guitar - I learned so much at a young age studying his licks. Common Courtesy has the quintessential 2000's pop punk sound that I know and love, and Hot Mess represents the future of alternative music.
