Played it nonstop one Christmas till the family tried to hide it. I beat them to it — hid it behind the sofa, then forgot and stepped on it. First heartbreak. Music mattered, even then. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Barry White, Stone Gon' Caravan, In the Land of Grey and Pink Sade, Love Deluxe These albums taught me how to feel music, not just hear it — sensual phrasing, lush orchestration, and dreamlike escape. Isaac B. Cole)” It’s seductive, elegant, and built around movement — not just in rhythm, but in mood. There’s a fluid grace in the arrangement, and the vocal glides with quiet confidence and mystery. It still gives me chills. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I’ve had people tell me that a song I wrote made them cry. That’s when I knew the music was landing somewhere real. It wasn’t just me feeling it. It was reaching others. That’s when I felt I was truly on the right track. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There’s no end in sight. It’s not a tunnel with a light at the end of it — it’s more like the universe, ever expanding. I don’t have a bucket list. Just a pull to keep creating, evolving, expressing. Wherever it leads, I’ll follow.
