In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up with all the great 80s hits. But one stood out. The Heat Is On by Glenn Frey. I loved Beverly Hills Cop. Saw it a thousand times. The movie is the essence of my childhood. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Basil Poledouris, Conan the Barbarian (Conan le Barbare) [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack] Basil Poledouris, Robocop (Original Soundtrack) The New American Orchestra, Blade Runner (Orchestral Adaptation of Original Score) Nothing beats Blade Runner and the vibe in that movie. This album is a great adaptation that I have on vinyl as well. Then there's Robocop and Conan the Barbarian - two movies that wouldn't have been as awesome without the great Basil Poledouris. Tell us why you chose this song. “Coolman” This song demonstrates the very essence of Coolman, the main character in the books that I also write. The books are full of cops and crime and awesome action. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? People often comment on my artist name, finding it quite hilarious. It always puts a smile on my face. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes. I'm always expanding the Coolman universe. More songs. More books. So much more to do!
