About Sam Grow
Sam Grow is an American country singer and songwriter whose music contains elements of pop, soul, and hard rock, as well as a Nashville twang. ∙ Influenced by Elvis Presley, Otis Redding, Eric Clapton, and Ronnie Dunn, Grow began playing guitar and writing songs when he was 16. ∙ In 2009, he released the rock-oriented album Ignition, a local hit in his home state of Maryland. ∙ Grow moved to Nashville in 2014, signing a songwriting contract with Ole Music Publishing shortly after his arrival. ∙ His 2017 EP, The Blame, was his first record to make the Billboard charts, reaching No. 42 on Top Country Albums. ∙ Billboard named Grow as one of their 7 Country Acts to Watch in 2019. ∙ “Song About You,” from the 2020 EP Me and Mine, climbed to No. 9 on Sweden’s Apple Music Top 100 Country Songs chart.
