In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Every year, my family host a carol's night on Christmas Eve. My mum plays the piano and friends and family all sing along. I remember pretending to read the lyric sheet (I couldn't read yet) because I wanted to sing along. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lizzy McAlpine, five seconds flat Madison Cunningham, Revealer Wolf Alice, My Love Is Cool (Deluxe Edition) Cunningham and McAlpine are such a clever artists. They make something so complex production/arrangement wise, the easiest thing to listen to. "Revealer" is my island album. "My Love Is Cool" I grew up listening to and will always be iconic to me. Tell us why you chose this song. “Power in This World” This is the first song I've released that feels 100% like me. While I was living in England and travelling Europe I developed this song in my head, returning to Melbourne, I recorded it with my friend and it sounds exactly like it did in my head. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Being awarded first place in the Queenscliff Music Festival's (VIC, Australia) 'Foot-in-the-Door' folk category. For one, it was amazing to play on the same stage as so many incredible artists. Then to be given this award was an incredible moment. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? So. Many. Things. I cannot wait to go on tour (travel the world), release an album, play at a major music festival. Many bucket list things and I'm sure it'll happen one day!
