Stepper is a DJ considered to be among the better examples of the new Jamaican ‘chatters’. His album for Tommy ‘Pipper’ Mason was recorded with the help of rhythms donated by Mixing Lab, Music Works and Penthouse. Stepper arrived at Mason’s studio a relative unknown, but emerged as a new dancehall star, going on to work with production team Steely And Clevie.
