Iranian-German composer Ramin Djawadi is known for scoring memorable themes and dynamic pieces for film, TV, and video games.

∙ After graduating from Berklee College of Music, he joined the movie industry when Hans Zimmer recruited him to work at his Remote Control Productions, Inc. film scoring company.
∙ Djawadi and RZA collaborated on the score for the 2004 feature film Blade: Trinity.
∙ He made comic book and film history in 2008 when he created the music for Iron Man, the first Marvel Cinematic Universe movie.
∙ In 2011, he began scoring the then-new Game of Thrones TV series, which earned him Emmy Awards in 2018 and 2019 and Grammy Award nominations in 2009, 2018, and 2020.
∙ His music was the basis for the popular Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience tour, which had three separate legs and performed in North America and Europe from 2017 to 2019.
