In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. On my 11th birthday I got my first 4-track cassette recorder. I remember spending the day trying to figure out how to record tracks and mix them together - the first song I ever recorded with it was an absolutely terrible cover of “Intro” by the xx. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments was hearing my music on vinyl for the first time. I remember holding the record, hearing the crackle as the needle dropped—it felt like a major childhood dream come true. It was surreal and incredibly satisfying.
