In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember seeing a production of Singing in the Rain. Watching the twirling dancers, sparkly costumes, and bright lights, I thought, "That's what I want to be when I grow up." I went on to perform at that very same theater, and the rest is history! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fiona Apple, Fetch The Bolt Cutters Florence + the Machine, Lungs (Deluxe Edition) Laura Marling, Alas I Cannot Swim I consider these three albums to be my artistry touch-trees. Laura Marling captures my heart, Fiona Apple speaks my mind, Florence and the Machine sets my spirit free. Through their music, I can always find my way back home as an artist. Feeling lonely, isolated, and restless, I found respite in long drives through the Angeles National Forest. Those mountain drives saved me, and I wrote The Mountain in their honor.
