In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We'd hang out and jam in Josh, our drummer's, basement in 2011 and 2012. We rehearsed with a small PA that was barely loud enough for us to hear, but we had a great time getting together to play music and bond. Waffle Anthem, shows this goofy side. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Scary Pockets, Nu Funk Thundercat, Drunk Vulfpeck, Live at Madison Square Garden The first is Vulfpeck - Live at Madison Square Garden. It's a great performance and lesson on modern funk sounds. Our second would be Scary Pockets - Nu Funk. A set of covers reimagined in a funky style. Lastly, Drunk by Thundercat is revolutionary! This song is deeply personal and is more on the nose with it's social commentary. Every aspect of our music is deeply critical of social media, AI, and internet culture.
