Petr Popelka

Petr Popelka has been a busy recording artist since turning to conducting in the late 2010s. In 2024, he became the chief conductor of the Vienna Symphony. Popelka is also a composer and double bassist. In 2025, he appeared with the Vienna Symphony on the Deutsche Grammophon collection Richard Strauss.
