In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Born the youngest of 5 in an immigrant household - my musical influences were vast. My sisters played early 2000s Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop, while my Mom loved Jazz. The first song I remember learning the lyrics to was 50 Cent's "In Da Club". Erykah Badu, Mama's Gun Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly OutKast, Speakerboxxx/The Love Below These 3 albums have had a deep impact on my musical DNA - setting the standard for lyricism, texture, musicianship, world-building, and spiritual presence I try to embed in all of my releases.
