In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was raised in a house full of music, before we ever had a tele, the radio was always on. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Maovete, Kiswahealing Nas, Illmatic Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap Illmatic is just special, this album changed how people rap, how rap albums are made and also how people listen to rap. Kiswahealing dropped during the pandemic and true to its name it had some healing vibes. Through Victory Lap we keep Nipsey alive Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Special (feat. Midnight Hope)” I did the song with my daughter and though we got more work coming up, this will remain the best as its the first time we did it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I got a feature on Kiswahealing 2 where I rapped on the same song as Kitu Sewer, one of the illest rappers in Kenya Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am a work in progress and feel like my best work is yet to come
