In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was 9. I had been playing piano for a year. I auditioned for my school's talent show with a very simple piano song (no singing). I didn't get in :') It was my first audition and my first rejection, my first no! It hurt but I keep going ;) What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? RAYE, My 21st Century Blues A masterpiece. Every time I listen to this album, I learn something new. It's a perfect blend between storytelling, vocal versatility and music production geniusness. I absolutely love how Raye explores different genres while staying true to herself. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Upside Down” I was dealing with a big heartbreak. It was very therapeutic to put my thoughts on paper. The songwriting process was healing :) My favorite part is the bridge! I love the harmonies. I also took a sentence he told me, chopped it around & voilà! ;)
