In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. VEMF - Victoria Electronic Music Festival in Victoria, British Columbia when I was about 14. That's the experience that made me realize I wanted to create electronic music and did so for the rest of my life so far. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alexisonfire, Alexisonfire Black Sun Empire, Noisia, Phace, The Upbeats, Collision EP Chase & Status, More Than a Lot More Than a Lot: Soundtrack to the happiest years of my teens. Alexisonfire: Their first album, introducing them. Iconic piece of Canadian history. Collision EP: The peak of Noisia's style. Tell us why you chose this song. “Block Control” Circa 2005 defined the sound of Noisia for me, I had never heard anything like it in my life. This track is a staple of my DJ sets. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at BassDrive Wednesdays with Vilify. Conducting the energy of the entire club with a crowd that was into it is a special high.
