About Natalia

One of the most successful Flemish pop stars of the 2000s, Natalia Druyts was born in Westerlo in 1980, and after graduating as a Spanish/English translator, finished second to Peter Everard in the 2003 series of Idool. Her debut single, a cover of Nilsson's "Without You," peaked at number two, and was followed by debut album This Time and 2004 chart-topping sophomore album Back for More. After placing second in Belgium's Eurovision selection, she spent the mid-2000s recording and touring with the Pointer Sisters, En Vogue, and Shaggy, as well as appearing on Dancing with the Stars. After 2007's Everything & More and 2009's Wise Girl, she scored a fourth number one with the live album Acoustelicious. ~ Jon O'Brien
