About Mystik Fool

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in a family of artists and musicians. I remember one night my grandparents played me the VHS of the WoodStock movie, and seeing The Who, Sly, Janis, and Jimi inspired more than I could've imagined. They inspired how I live today even still. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Tash Sultana, Flow State The Smashing Pumpkins, Gish (Deluxe Edition) Trevor Hall, Chapter of the Forest I listen for music with dynamic ability and emotion expressed authentically. The Smashing Pumpkins helped me release some hard emotions at a young age. Trevor Hall helped me heal and inspired me to start writing music of my own. And Tash... well... Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Shine (Radio Edit)” Shine is the one of the first songs I ever wrote. I think I was 15 years old and had a hunger for something deeper in life. But so much of my own issues stood in my way. So I wrote about what I was learning about. Music helped me out of the darkness. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The artist that inspired me to write in the first place, Trevor Hall. I was able to open a show for him in spring 2022 and that was one of those full circle moments that we rarely come across in life. I was humbled and affirmed to continue. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? As a creative person I think we all have big dreams and goals. I want to encourage others to follow their own individual dreams. We can accomplish anything we dedicate our hearts to. Believe in each other!
