About My Brother's Keeper
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Our mom would have us sing for anyone who would listen. Family gatherings, church services, and even sporting events often ended with one of us performing for a group. Always being ready with a song taught us a lot about improvising and stage fright! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, Nebraska Punch Brothers, The Phosphorescent Blues The Beach Boys, Pet Sounds All three of these albums showcase exceptional songwriting and vocal talent. Each one pushes the boundaries of its genre, expanding it beyond what it was originally thought to be. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Caffeine, Gasoline, Etc., Etc.” This is our band's theme song. As brothers, we recognize the unique opportunity we have to spend time together, write music, and share it with audiences. We love traveling, sharing our meaningful lyrics, and having a great time along the way. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time we had the opportunity to open for Dr. Ralph Stanley was an incredible experience for the band. It opened the door to many other opportunities and helped establish our name in the bluegrass community. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are still many things left on our band’s bucket list. Performing at the Ryman Auditorium is one of our biggest goals. We also hope to continue growing as a band and reaching even more audiences with our music!
