In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Seeing Jimi Hendrix Experience in 1968 at the Washington Hilton. It was a mesmerizing experience. I wore a cool hippie shirt with ribbons but my mother made me cut the ribbons off. I was really influenced by drummer, Mitch Mitchell.
