About Mr. FoW

In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is singing "Ebony & Ivory" in a choir at Betty Best Elementary school in Houston, Texas. I loved singing when I was younger. I also loved being in a choir. I miss that moment. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Kendrick Lamar, DAMN. Mr. FoW, Bush Boi I believe "MBDTF" is Kanye's best body of work to date. Still. "Damn" won a pultizer so, come on, It's beyond canon, it's a divine body of work. And "Bush Boi" is my first official album-level project. I kept it simple and I kept it me, all of me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Ken's Dam Pride” "Ken's Dam Pride" is special because the song is a tribute to "Damn' by Kendrick Lamar. but is also about finding peace within yourself, in your own skin, in you. That's where peace really starts. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments in my career thus far is releasing "Bush Boi". The process for making the album was therapeutic. It was during the COVID-19 pandemic. The album healed me and saved my life. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes there is. I believe there's always more to do as an artist. One of the things I hope to do in the future is perform in front of a sold out audience and a raucous band.
