In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We had a piano when I was young. I would sound out jingles that were playing on TV commercials. My mother got me into lessons and my musical journey began. But the piano was not my main instrument. I discovered that when I picked up my Dad's guitar. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Nirvana, MTV Unplugged In New York (Live Acoustic) Pixies, Surfer Rosa (2007 Remaster) Wilco, Yankee Hotel Foxtrot Each of these albums is a revolution in their own right. Surfer Rosa's influence cannot be understated. It shaped Nirvana's sound through Albini on In Utero. Nirvana's unplugged outed the band's eclectic musical tastes. Wilco was reborn on yankee. It's a song that demonstrates my 90's rock influences. While it hits hard in the chorus it's balanced by picked guitar, soft vocals, and dynamic drums provide a balanced back and forth. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Flying my friend / Producer / Sound Engineer Jeff Shinrock in from Portland to Austin to record all my parts for this debut in 2 and half days in my home studio. The first day was 11 hours of guitar, the next morning bass, and then vocals. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
