About Morgan Fisher
Morgan Fisher, eccentric English musician extrordinaire, has embraced musical styles as diverse as '60s Britpop, glam rock, new wave, and ambient during a storied career. After playing with '60s UK pop band the Love Affair, Fisher launched his own rock band, Morgan, before joining glam rockers Mott The Hoople in 1973. He would go on to form his own independent label, Pip Records, producing a host of new wave and punk artists, such as the Dead Kennedys and Jayne County. He also produced the various artists concept album MINIATURES, featuring tracks by John Otway, Andy Partridge of XTC, Robert Wyatt, George Melly, the Residents, David Cunningham, and many others, all a minute or shorter. After relocating to Japan, he changed his name to Veetdharm and began recording minimalist ambient music.
