About Mono Puff
Mono Puff was the eclectic side project of They Might Be Giants' singer/guitarist John Flansburgh; also comprising veteran session bassist Hal Cragin and Skeleton Key drummer Steve Calhoon, the group debuted with a series of EPs issued via Flansburgh's "Hello CD of the Month Club" project, with many of the tracks subsequently compiled on their 1996 LP Unsupervised. The funk-influenced It's Fun to Steal followed two years later. ~ Jason Ankeny
