In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was eight years old I had my first paid gig. A family friend had a gig at the pub, he got me up with him to sing 'Breakaway' by Kelly Clarkson and 'You're Beautiful' by James Blunt, I was paid in the form of two glasses of lemonade & ecstatic. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John Mayer, Room for Squares Kacey Musgraves, Golden Hour Missy Higgins, The Sound of White These albums, their songwriting and their stories have absolutely shaped me & who I am as an artist.
