In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up playing classical piano and got really into songwriting when I was 13. The first song I learned to play and sing at the same time was Hey There Delilah - since then I've been off to the races! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lady Gaga, Born This Way Special Edition These three records represent the celebration of personal experience, unabashed honesty, and musical dexterity that I always hold close to my chest when it comes to making music. Tell us why you chose this song. “Tummy” Tummy was the first song I ever released and continues to be a personal and fan favorite. I love it for its simplicity - it's sort of the first time I ever did what I wanted to do with a song from beginning to end. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Releasing my first EP, New Mexico, in the spring of 2022. The songs are stories from a really wild experience I had growing up in the desert, and expressing them in music was a really important part of my artistic and emotional growth. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I NEED TO PLAY SHOWS! I look forward to putting together a live version of my music that I can be excited to share with others.
