Medina

Medina is a chart-topping electro-pop singer known in her native Denmark for confident yet warm songs about navigating modern life and relationships, as well as the dancefloor. She broke through in 2009 with her second album, Velkommen til Medina, whose lead single, "Kun for Mig," was the biggest hit of the year in Denmark. 2011's For Altid produced three chart-topping singles ("Synd for Dig," "Kl. 10," and the title track). Non-album hits including 2014's "Giv Slip" and "Når Intet Er Godt Nok" (both number ones) kept her on the charts between LPs, before her Top Five album, Grim, arrived in 2018. Meanwhile, she charted with live releases, EPs, English-language albums, and featured spots for artists like Burhan G, Spektors, and M-22. Medina has remained a Top 40 artist in Denmark into the 2020s, thanks to hits like 2023's "Lidt Endnu" (with D1ma) and 2024's empowering "Giv Mig Alt."
