In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Martin Packwood is an instrumental music composer and jazz rock fusion guitarist. He is from Birmingham, UK and currently lives in Felixstowe, UK. Influences include Santana, Steely Dan, Eric Johnson, Jimmy Page. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Led Zeppelin, Led Zeppelin IV (Remastered) Santana, Moonflower The Beatles, The Beatles 1967-1970 (The Blue Album) My passion is musical composition. These albums all have one thing in common. Tell us why you chose this song. “Suburban Story” The chorus gets me every time. I'm an old rocker at heart. One of my favourites of all time is Flor D'Luna - Santana. Just a beauitiful composition. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? When I first got a Shazam. It was in Miami, USA, for Suburban Story. That meant a lot to me, because someone heard my music and liked it enough to want to know who the artist was. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I am just starting. I have a whole list of things, but I am genuinely flattered that I already managed to get music out there that people like and listen to.
