In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At 11, I assembled my first band,The Rhythm Rockers. It consisted of me (vocals/guitar), a drummer, 16, and an electric guitarist, 15, and we covered 50s and 60s rock. Played our first gig at a festival at this huge venue in San Antonio. It was EPIC! What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dire Straits, On Every Street (Remastered) Genesis, Genesis (Remastered) Lyle Lovett & His Large Band, Lyle Lovett and His Large Band I love the sonic character and the eclectic nature of these records. Within the same album, these artists somehow wove a common thread through seemingly disparate styles, creating a surprisingly cohesive collection of great songs. Bri Bagwell)” I wrote this lyric as a back and forth argument between two people at a breaking point in their relationship. Bri Bagwell did an amazing job evoking these intense emotions while recording this together with me live in the studio.
