In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I listened to Twenty One Pilots, my life changed forever. Their performances, their energy, and their story made me want to follow my dreams. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? ODESZA, In Return The Pretty Reckless, Light Me Up twenty one pilots, Blurryface I love music that connects to people individually. These albums have connected with me not only through words, but in spirit. Each album represents a different side of me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Real Apology” Real Apology is a song I wrote after a soul-sucking relationship. Writing it gave me the healing and clarity that I needed. It also catalyzed my shift in sound from pop to rock and is one of my favorites to perform live. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Going on tour was such a fun, rewarding, and eye-opening experience. It gave me a chance to bond with my band, meet new people, and see my hard work pay off. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My biggest goal in life is to play Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. As someone who attends yearly and is an avid festival goer, this festival shifted my musical perspective. The day I play there, I will know I have made it full circle.
