About Malört & Savior
In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. 2006, first live concert- MXPX. pushed up against a rail in the front row, and had to find out in real time what a mosh pit was. It forever changed me into a pop punk kid. We always try to recreate that feeling for our listeners at our shows. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Front Bottoms, The Front Bottoms The Wonder Years, The Greatest Generation blink-182, Blink-182 Three albums that all encompass some of the most authentic art of each respective artist. Each album comes across as the artist being incredibly sincere. We think the most important part of art is authenticity and honesty from the artist. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Be Cool or Beat It” One of our debut singles coming out of COVID and becoming an original music band, and we tried to capture the vibe of loving your late 20's and the comradery we feel when we get rowdy together. It can be loosely describe as our origin story. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Our first show at a house venue called My Place Ohio last year, when fans started coming out that we had never seen before, knowing the words to our songs. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We don't want to be famous. We want to be infamous.
