In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I recall driving to my grandparents home with my mum in her 80s beige Volvo as toddler. Neneh Cherry was playing on the stereo, and I sung along to 'Woman'. Mum says this all happened before I spoke sentences, so music was the inevitable path for me.
