In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child my parents were always singing or playing music in our home. My father would sing old country songs and Tongan hymns while my mother was a soprano who loved to sing traditional Hawaiian, Gospel & Contemporary Christian music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fiji, Xperience India.Arie, Testimony, Vol. 1: Life & Relationship Na Leo Pilimehana, Na Leo Na Leo Pilimehana is one of my all time favorite bands. I have been a fan of these beautiful women since I was 8 years old. India.Arie makes music that makes me feel seen, heard & healed. Fiji's voice takes me straight to heaven. Tell us why you chose this song. “All About You” This song is special because it began as a love song for couples but ultimately reminded me of the love my parents had for me. True love endures a multitude of obstacles but will always prevail. This song is for the lover girls & adopted babies. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Touring with J Boog is one of my most memorable moments. Every tour I learn something different and become a better artist with more confidence. Learning how to be a part of a band & a leader is something I'll cherish forever. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There is so much left to do, I don't know where to begin! I would love to open up for a major artist on a festival tour & eventually headline my own tour. It would be a blessing to win a Grammy and of course meet Beyonce!
