In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Playing our upright piano in my family home has played such a huge part in my upbringing, and in finding my sound. I'd spend hours in our music room every single day. It was honestly my safe space and I still feel so calm whenever I go back. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kiefer, Kickinit Alone Salami Rose Joe Louis, Zdenka 2080 Sampha, Process I remember the first time hearing all three albums, and being in such awe of the production and sound worlds. This textural, synth-led sound which breathes across these albums, particularly with the vocals, has been such a big influence on me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Can I Feel Enough” This track really led to the birth of my sound. Building the track over the drum loop almost unlocked a whole process for me which I'd never explored. I think it's also the first time I could really be honest with myself lyrically. It's so special. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Supporting Billie Eilish with Arlo Parks was definitely a bucket list moment. Also, finishing my next mixtape which is coming soon. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm really at the start of my musical journey, but I think performing headliners as MADELEINE, and collaborating more for my own music would be super cool.
