In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We have been playing together since we were too young to play in clubs. We played the Tattoos and Blues festival in Santa Rosa, CA multiple times. We'd play our sets while a bunch of bikers with Harleys got tattooed. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ben Harper, The Will to Live John Mayer, Continuum Leon Bridges, Coming Home Continuum is stylistically very similar to our music. Coming home is soulful and melodic with similar themes to the music we are making now. The Will to Live is another soulful album with expressive lyrics that blends in hard-driving guitar. It's an apologetic love song reflecting on the lessons learned from past relationships; something we think everyone can relate to. Although the theme of the song is past breakups, it's an upbeat song with a driving rhythm.
