In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was in a youth choir for a lot of my childhood. I got a trophy one year for singing Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass all in the same season. Wish I still had that range lol. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beyoncé, RENAISSANCE Charli xcx, BRAT Lady Gaga, Chromatica I'm obsessed with women in Pop and these albums are in constant rotation for me. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Freakshow” “Freakshow”is kind of an ode to my Burner community in D.C. because they truly helped me come home to myself. They are the coolest artists I’ve ever met and so unabashedly themselves, so this track is my gift to the Playa. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I've made huge leaps in my artistry this year including making my first EP. I got to collaborate with some amazing writers and producers to bring this project to life, and I feel like it's truly me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's so much I've yet to do, this is just the beginning of my artistic journey. I'm excited to start performing live in my local music scene (D.C./Baltimore area) and one day I'll play at my favorite festivals.
