In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical experiences were listening to my dad playing Hawaiian Blues and Country music in his band, listening to classical or folk records with my mom, or singing Japanese children's songs with my grandparents. I began the piano at age 2. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Glenn Gould, Glenn Gould Remastered - The Complete Columbia Album Collection Kate Bush, Hounds of Love Yoko Kanno, GHOST IN THE SHELL: STAND ALONE COMPLEX O.S.T.+ Bach's Preludes and Fugues will be my musical companion for life. Kate Bush's courageous singing style and depth of emotional expression will always have an impact. Yoko Kanno gracefully composes heartfelt music in multiple genres.
