Liesa Van der Aa

Flemish violinist, songwriter, and actress Liesa Van Der Aa graduated from cabaret studies at the Herman Teirlinck Instituut in 2008 and began recording music solo and with various groups in addition to her acting career. Playing violin since age five, she guested with Belgian band the Sixth Metal before working on her loop-heavy 2012 solo album Troops. Troops spent six weeks in the Flemish charts.
