About LeeHi
South Korean singer-songwriter Lee Hi broke out as a teenage TV sensation before growing into a soulful R&B siren. • Lee originally gained fame as a contestant in the 2012 televised singing competition K-pop Star, where she ultimately landed as the runner-up. • After her TV stint, Lee Hi quickly signed with the famed K-pop label YG Entertainment, where she gained immediate fame by collaborating with labelmate Epik High on “It’s Cold” and releasing the soul-pop solo single “1, 2, 3, 4.” • While Lee Hi took extended breaks between her albums at YG Entertainment, she justified the wait with singles like the soaring, heartbreaking ballad “BREATHE” (2016) or the sizzling synth-pop hit “NO ONE,” featuring B.I (2019). • In 2020, Lee Hi joined a new label, the hip-hop/R&B-focused AOMG, which helped her release two mature ballads: “HOLO” and “For You,” featuring singer Crush.
