In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember writing a song on holiday in Cornwall with my dad working out a guitar part for me and I did the melody and lyrics. It was called 'Stuck In Jail', and it was about being chased by the police... dark times for a 5 year old. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Caroline Polachek, Pang Djo, DECIDE Half Moon Run, Sun Leads Me On These albums are all killer, no filler. Ranging from emotional and nostalgic, to production masterpieces. A masterclass in songwriting. If I go on long car journeys with my band we are without a doubt putting these on, and blasting it hard. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Violet” I think in terms of raw songwriting with limited production, this is the song I'm most proud of to date. It's an intimate song written to a dear friend struggling with their mental health, about wishing you could wash those feelings away for them. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing the Eurovision Village Main Stage to a crowd of thousands in Liverpool in May 2023! I was floating on air all day.
