In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was as a young boy, I began to study classical music on the violin. I remember being transported to a whole new world upon hearing Bach for the first time and later jazz as well. I knew early on that I my calling was to play and write music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Frank Zappa, The Mothers, Roxy & Elsewhere Genesis, Foxtrot (2007 Stereo Mix) The Beatles, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Deluxe Edition) 2017 Remix & Remaster Sgt. Pepper's set music on a new course and inspired me to pursue my music career. Frank Zappa's music has been a huge influence on me as a composer. I love Prog Rock and "Supper's Ready" from Foxtrot is an unparalleled masterpiece by Genesis. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Weary Sojourner” This composition is one of my most personal expressions on the piano. It was written during a very trying time in my life. One of the many blessings of being able to create music is it that can be very healing for the creator and the listener. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I would have to say when Jon Anderson of Yes fame wrote lyrics and sang vocals on a piece of music I had written called "Once We Loved". It was one of those bucket list dreams as a musician that came true for me! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Now that I've released Kindred Souls, my debut album as a solo pianist, I would love to be able to tour and perform this music around the world, especially in Europe. There's nothing I enjoy more than playing live and touching people with my music!
